Community regeneration

We are working on a project to revive disused buildings in a village in rural Wales. There will be a new Post Office and shop, a café, workshops and office space. The scheme will bring jobs and amenities to the community.

We are also working on projects to provide

affordable, sustainably built homes for key workers. We aim to encourage people to stay in the countryside, and to help communities stay vibrant, with all age ranges. We hope this will help keep local schools and hospitals open.

Besides extensive

experience of design of community buildings, including schools and village halls, we also have at our disposal a whole range of sustainable technologies which can help make sure that communities develop in a way that minimises CO2 emissions and energy costs.
