Affordable housing

We have set up Adeiladau Tymor Hir, a Community Interest company, to build affordable housing in rural Wales, with the aim of helping local people own their own home in an area where the average home costs five times the average income.

We will be launching a

website shortly, and in the meantime, we have issued a press release.

We aim to use our experience of sustainable building technologies to create good quality homes, and offer them for sale through a shared ownership scheme.

If you would like to buy

a comfortable modern home, and believe you would be able to take out a mortgage on part of the equity, and are resident in rural Wales, please print out the Expression of Interest form, and send it to us.
